- 1 tbsp. l garlic chili sauce
- 1.5 tsp dark sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. l low salt soy sauce

- 2 tbsp. l rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l sherry or chinese table wine
- 230 gr. extra hard tofu
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp. l grated ginger
- 4 feathers of green onions, separate the green part and chop finely (it turns out about 1/3 tbsp. of green and white parts – 20 g.)
- 200 gr. minced beef
- 0.5 tbsp. diced watermelon
- 1 large head of Bib-lettuce, disassembled into leaves (external throw the leaves)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 Art. chopped peanuts

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl with a whisk, mix chili sauce with garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar and sherry.
- Cut the tofu into slices 1.5 cm thick and spread on paper towel. Blot the tofu well with paper to remove as you can have more excess water. It should take about 2 minutes and about 3 piece of paper towel. Finely chop the dried tofu.
- On medium heat, heat canola oil in a wok or in a large in the pan. Sprinkle ginger and white onion and sauté in for 2-3 minutes, so that the aroma of ginger appears, and the onion becomes translucent. Add the minced meat and tofu.
