- Cut the beef into medium slices, fry for a couple of minutes on hot oil, pour water, reduce heat to minimum and cook under the lid until half the liquid evaporate.
- After the meat is cooked, put onions and carrots, potatoes, salt and add spices and dry adjika to taste. Stew under the lid until the potatoes are ready.
