  1. Cut the beef into medium slices, fry for a couple of minutes on hot oil, pour water, reduce heat to minimum and cook under the lid until half the liquid evaporate.
  2. After the meat is cooked, put onions and carrots, potatoes, salt and add spices and dry adjika to taste. Stew under the lid until the potatoes are ready.
  3. Put bell pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. At the last moment we add canned in our own juice of tomatoes, simmer for another 5 minutes, put garlic and herbs.
