- Wash beef, dry, cut into pieces. To the pan heat over high heat with butter, lay meat, fry over 2 minutes on each side.
- Add broccoli to the meat, reduce the heat, fry meat and broccoli for 6-8 minutes, periodically turning the meat and stirring broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste.
- In lime, use a grater to remove a thin layer of green skin, zest. Squeeze the juice of 3 wedges of lime. Grate the garlic. Remember lime and garlic are specific products, use them by to your taste.
- Add teriyaki sauce, lime juice, zest, garlic, to the stewpan turmeric, pepper to taste. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer on medium heat 1 – 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the beef with broccoli on the plates, pour over the top with lime teriyaki and sprinkle with parmesan. Have a nice appetite!
