- Cut the beef tenderloin into steaks, beat and cut into strips.
- Fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Putting the meat in a pan, pour boiling water over it and simmer under cover for 15 minutes.
- Sauté in small cubes of carrot in vegetable oil until softness.
