  1. Cut the beef tenderloin into steaks, beat and cut into strips.
  2. Fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Putting the meat in a pan, pour boiling water over it and simmer under cover for 15 minutes.
  4. Sauté in small cubes of carrot in vegetable oil until softness.
  5. Put the onions in half rings to it and fry it until small goldenness.
  6. Put vegetables to the meat.
  7. It is advisable to take cucumbers with thin skin and small seeds. Cut them into pieces, pour a glass of water and darken 10 minutes.
  8. Rinse raw potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Pour boiling water over it and cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Put vegetables with meat to the potato and boil still 10 minutes. Cook over low heat, avoiding intense boiling.
  10. Put the cucumbers in the soup along with the water in which they were cooked. Soup should be added and pepper.
  11. Cook the soup for about 10-15 minutes.
  12. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
