  1. Preheat the oven to 180-200 °, turn on the top heating. Wash all vegetables. Cut potatoes into thin slices 2-3 mm
  2. Mix honey and soy sauce. Shift potatoes with a short flight of stairs in baking dish. Brush potatoes with soy mixture sauce and honey, salt. Clean in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until ready. Lubricate potatoes with a mixture of soy sauce and honey every 5 minutes.
  3. Chop onions and mushrooms. Preheat the pan on average fire, pour oil, warm it and fry the onion for 2 – 3 minutes, stirring. Add the mushrooms and continue to fry for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Wash the beef, dry and cut into strips 5-6 cm long. Add beef to onions and mushrooms and fry the meat for 2 minutes, stirring. Then reduce heat to medium and fry until readiness for 6-8 minutes, stirring. Salt to taste.
  5. Add sour cream, dried herbs to the meat and mushrooms. At salt and pepper if necessary, mix and simmer and on medium heat for another 3-4 minutes.
