Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 120 ° C. In a large baking dish (preferably with a lid) put corned beef. Add garlic, shallots, spices for salting, caraway seeds, beer and whiskey. Cover and put in the oven. Stew for 3 hours, turning the meat over once. In the end the third hour put carrots, potatoes and dill. Cover again shape the lid and put in the oven for another 2 hours.
