  1. We wash the veal and cut into 4 rectangular pieces. We send the prepared veal into hot oil and fry, until covered with a brown crust. Sprinkle the fried pieces salt, ground pepper, add chopped garlic, rosemary and pour the wine.

  2. Cover the veal in wine and simmer on low heat for 35 minutes. If the liquid evaporates, add a little hot water.

  3. Fragrant juicy pieces of veal, spread on a side dish (green beans are perfect) and serve. Veal can be seasoned with any spices to taste.
