Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. and 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Submerge 4 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
- Mix in a large bowl 1/4 tbsp. olive oil vinegar rosemary, mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, add pepper to taste. Cast 2 tbsp. l marinade for vegetables, then add beef to the bowl and mix with the remaining marinade. Leave the meat to marinate when room temperature for 20 minutes
- Cook couscous as indicated on the packaging. Mix ready-made couscous with the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil, parsley, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a large grill – pan to a high temperature. String meat on skewers. Mix onions, tomatoes and in a bowl the remaining 2 tbsp. l marinade.
- Grease the pan with olive oil, add the skewers and slices Luke. Fry the onion, on both sides for 4 – 6 minutes, until golden color.
