Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 600 gr beef pulp (rump or rump), cut into 2.5 see pieces

Recipe preparation:

  1. Submerge 4 wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix in a large bowl 1/4 tbsp. olive oil vinegar rosemary, mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, add pepper to taste. Cast 2 tbsp. l marinade for vegetables, then add beef to the bowl and mix with the remaining marinade. Leave the meat to marinate when room temperature for 20 minutes
  3. Cook couscous as indicated on the packaging. Mix ready-made couscous with the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil, parsley, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat a large grill – pan to a high temperature. String meat on skewers. Mix onions, tomatoes and in a bowl the remaining 2 tbsp. l marinade.
  5. Grease the pan with olive oil, add the skewers and slices Luke. Fry the onion, on both sides for 4 – 6 minutes, until golden color. Fry kebab, on all sides for 8 – 10 min the meat will be medium-fried. Shish kebab and onion on the dish, salt. Put chopped tomatoes in a pan side down and fry on both sides for approximately 4 minutes.
  6. Serve barbecue with couscous, tomatoes and onions.
