  1. Cut the beef into thin slices and carefully beat off on both sides. It is very important that the meat is young (preferably veal), otherwise the schnitzels will be stiff.
  2. Chopped meat pieces with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Shake two eggs and 3-4 tablespoons of fat cream.
  4. Roll each piece of meat in flour, then in egg batter, then in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry schnitzels in hot oil over low heat with two sides under the cover.
  6. Serve with any side dish and favorite sauce.
