  1. Cut the prepared piece of meat into cubes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with flour, mix.
  2. Fry in a heated pan with butter in one layer.
  3. Transfer the meat into a deep pan, pour two liters of water. Put on fire. After boiling add the whole onion, bay leaf, cook an hour on a quiet fire.
  4. Peel potatoes, carrots, onions, chop. Put in the broth after removing the onions and bay leaves, bring to a boil and cook for another half hour.
  5. Five minutes before the end of cooking, add dry Italian herbs, chopped greens. Remove from heat, give half an hour to insist.
