- 700 gr. beef, pork and / or veal mincemeat

- 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1-2 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar

Recipe preparation:
- Mix breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, egg, sauce Worcester, onions, chili powder and garlic in a large bowl. Add mince, season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly with your hands. Form a mass in the form of six oval cutlets 8-10 cm long.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a large non-stick pan and put it on a big fire. Put the patties and fry in for 3 minutes on each side.
- Combine ketchup, sugar and vinegar in a bowl and coat with several tablespoons cutlet sauce. Add 1/2 tbsp. water in the pan cover and simmer until cooked for 15 minutes on slow the fire.
- Put the cutlets on a plate. Add the remaining mixture from ketchup in a pan and cook over high heat, constantly stirring for 3-5 minutes. Serve four cutlets by watering hot gravy, and leave two for quesadillas.
