- Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into large cubes.
- Onion cut into half rings.
- Cut the meat into small pieces. Deep fry pan in vegetable oil. Add the onion. Mix. After 3 minutes add pepper. Add paprika. Salt and pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add a little broth or water to the meat pan to the liquid covered the meat. Cover the pan. Simmer on low heat for 45-50 minutes.
- Add sour cream to the meat. Stew for another 10 minutes.
- Serve with greens or your favorite side dish.
