  1. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds, cut into large cubes. Beef paprikash
  2. Onion cut into half rings.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces. Deep fry pan in vegetable oil. Add the onion. Mix. After 3 minutes add pepper. Add paprika. Salt and pepper. Fry for another 5 minutes. Beef paprikash
  4. Add a little broth or water to the meat pan to the liquid covered the meat. Cover the pan. Simmer on low heat for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Add sour cream to the meat. Stew for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with greens or your favorite side dish.
