  1. Cut the meat into positional pieces and beat off with two parties.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan.
  3. Add garlic and thyme for flavor.
  4. Fry meat in butter on both sides for 2 minutes.
  5. Put a layer of meat in a slow cooker.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  8. Smear with sour cream.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. On top is another same layer of meat with seasonings, sour cream, garlic and cheese.
  11. Close the lid and select the BAKERY mode (50 minutes).
