  1. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Fold in pot, fill with water so that cover the potatoes completely and put on medium heat, bring to a boil, salt and cook 12 – 16 minutes until ready. Then drain the water.
  2. Stuff the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper to taste, carefully mix. From meat, form meatballs with a diameter of 2.5 – 3 cm.
  3. In a pan, heated over high heat, pour oil, warm it, put the meatballs and fry them for 2 minutes with each side. Then turn down the heat and fry again periodically turning over, 6 – 8 minutes. Pour the meatballs with 100 ml of water, add curry sauce. Stew until the sauce begins to thicken stirring.
  4. Randomly chop the cucumber, cut the cabbage into strips. AT in a bowl mix red cabbage, salt, pepper to taste, balsamic cream, add the cucumber and mix. Salad ready.
  5. Wash the dill, remove the stem from it and chop. Add dill into potatoes and use a potato masher to crush it.
  6. Put the beef meatballs on the plates with the crushed potatoes, lettuce and curry sauce.
