  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, make a depression in the middle.
  2. I beat in the egg, salt and pour water.
  3. Knead the cool dough. I give rest 20 minutes.
  4. I’m preparing the filling. Finely chopped onions and send to minced meat, salt, pepper, add water and well I am mixing. Stuffing should turn out juicy, then manti will turn out with a delicious broth inside.
  5. The dough rested, I divide it into 5 parts and roll it into thin layer 1 mm thick.
  6. I cut into small squares, put the filling in the center.
  7. I connect the opposite corners, it turns out a certain square and I pinch two ends together again.
  8. I spread the manti, having previously dipped the bottom in the sunflower butter, on the mantle plates. If not, you can cook them in a double boiler.
  9. Cook for about 40 minutes.
  10. Serve with sour cream and black pepper.
