Beef in Soy Sauce: Video Recipe

The easiest and most juicy recipe for cooking beef at home! If a take the flesh, it will be enough 30 minutes to make a tasty beef. I took the bones with the bones (I cut the bone for soup), therefore, it was stewed for about 1.5 hours.

  1. We cut meat thinner and stacked in a container.
  2. Pour in soy sauce to completely drown the meat.
  3. We clean in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, and preferably at night.
  4. Cut the garlic and onions in half rings and fry them in a drop oil until golden brown.
  5. Add meat and simmer for about an hour, depending on the portion of meat and slicing thickness. Add water if the sauce boils so that it is the juice.
  6. Serve with rice or another side dish.
