  1. Chop the onion finely. Pour into a deep pan, cauldron or wok butter and fry the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add 4 tsp. paprika, mix thoroughly.
  3. After a couple of minutes, add the beef, not too chopped finely salt and pepper. Fry over high heat.
  4. After 5 minutes add water (it took me about 500-600ml) and simmer for an hour. If the meat burns, add more some water during cooking.
  5. Cut pepper and tomatoes, three carrots on a coarse grater.
  6. Add tomatoes, peppers, chopped garlic to the goulash, carrots, add hot water, cook another 15 minutes.
  7. Add chopped potatoes, mix everything and simmer until potato readiness.
  8. The finished dish can be sprinkled with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
