A very simple recipe for cooking a delicious goulash with minimum set of products. Great solution for anyone side dish.

  1. Cut the meat into portions. Pepper, but not salt!
  2. We cut onions in half rings, three carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry meat over high heat with vegetable oil (min. 10-15 without covering).
  4. Add bay leaf onions and carrots. Mix.
  5. Add 2 cups of water. Cover with a lid. Reduce the fire and simmer for about 40 minutes until the meat is ready.
  6. Once the meat is soft, salt and add the tomato pasta. If there is almost no liquid left, add more water. Stew under the lid for about 10 minutes.
  7. We decorate with greens. Ready!
