- Cut the meat into portions. Pepper, but not salt!
- We cut onions in half rings, three carrots on a coarse grater.
- Fry meat over high heat with vegetable oil (min. 10-15 without covering).
- Add bay leaf onions and carrots. Mix.
- Add 2 cups of water. Cover with a lid. Reduce the fire and simmer for about 40 minutes until the meat is ready.
- Once the meat is soft, salt and add the tomato pasta. If there is almost no liquid left, add more water. Stew under the lid for about 10 minutes.
- We decorate with greens. Ready!
