Beef fried with pineapple and bulgarian pepper

  1. With a pineapple, cut the skin, cut in half. Remove hard the middle. Dice the remaining pulp (required) 300g).
  2. In vegetable oil, lightly fry the onions in half rings.
  3. Add the meat, cut into small pieces, slightly salted, pepper and fry a twenty minutes.
  4. Add pepper in strips and fry for another ten minutes.
  5. Add pineapples into cubes, mix well and after five minutes to remove from heat.
  6. Serve the finished beef with boiled round-grain rice, decorating greens.
