- 450 gr beef flank steak
- 1 tbsp. concentrated vegetable juice (a mixture of tomatoes, carrots, beets, celery and herbs)
- 1/2 tbsp. vodka
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. l Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tbsp. l grated horseradish
- 1/4 Art. extra virgin olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a plastic container with a lid of 1 liter. carefully mix vegetable juice, vodka, 1 tsp. sea salt and black pepper, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, celery seeds, horseradish and olive oil. Put in it steak. Put in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 8 hours (can be left in the marinade for a day).
- Heat the grill to a high temperature. Take the steak out marinade, blot excess liquid with paper towels. Fry the steak for 2 minutes on each side to form characteristic marks, then reduce heat to medium and fry steak for another 7-9 minutes on each side to medium roasting.
- Remove the steak from the grill, cover with a clean towel and leave on 5-10 minutes. Slice across the fibers.
