  1. Add spices (salt / pepper / dried herbs and garlic to if desired) and mix thoroughly.
  2. Wash, peel and grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Drain excess fluid.
  3. Finely chop the greens with a knife or in a blender. Garlic skip through a press or chop in a blender with herbs. Add a raw egg. Stir everything with minced meat.
  4. Blind cutlets and fry them in a hot pan under lid until golden brown.
  5. Serve with a side dish, light vegetable salad or as independent dish.
