To make a real tasty burger at home, whole consisting of meat without additional investments, first of all find the ROUND buns, that’s their hallmark. Well and a nice piece of meat with vegetables.

- Roll the meat through a meat grinder.
- Add minced bell pepper and onion to the minced meat, mix salt, pepper, vegetable oil, water thoroughly.
- Form round cutlets with a thickness of 1 cm, diameter in size buns.
- Fry cutlets in a pan with butter.
- Wash, dry the lettuce leaves, cut the onion into thin rings, pickles – with plates.
- Cut the buns in half, warm to a golden crust in toaster.
- Putting a burger: put mayonnaise on the lower half, smudge, then – cutlet, mayonnaise, onion rings, lettuce, cheese.
- Cover with half buns, also greased with mayonnaise.
