For meatloaf:
- 900 gr. a portion of meat from the flank of beef carcass
- 2 tbsp. l seasonings for grilling meat
- 340 gr canned fried sweet red peppers, cut in half
- 1 tbsp. coarsely grated cheese Monterey jack or any semi-hard cheese (edam, gouda, Russian cheese)
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
For spicy sauce:
- 1 tsp seasonings for grilling meat
- 1/2 tbsp. natural yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp. l hot chili sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium temperature. Cut meat open horizontally in the center, without cutting to the end, open like a book. Cover with foil and gently beat to a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut into 3 equal rectangles.
- Put rectangles on cutting boards. Sprinkle each 1 Art. l seasoning for meat. Put pepper along the long edge of each the rectangle. Sprinkle on top of 1/3 tbsp. cheese and starting long edge, collapse each rectangle into a tight roll. Put the rolls next to each other and pierce the side with six wooden skewers with equal distance. Cut the rolls between skewers, so you get 6 skewers with three pieces of meat on each. Sprinkle kebabs 1 tbsp. l seasoning to meat.
- To prepare a spicy sauce: mix in a bowl seasoning to meat, yogurt, spicy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and parsley.
- Lubricate the grill grids with oil. Put the skewers on the grill and fry by turning for 3 minutes. from each side. Serve with sauce.
