  1. Boil rice until half cooked and rinse with water.
  2. Add ground onion, spices and salt to the minced meat.
  3. Beat the egg and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add rice to the minced meat and knead again.
  5. Form cutlets and fry in a pan on each side 10 minutes each.
