  1. Wash the meat, put on the fire in one piece, bring to boil, remove the foam with a slotted spoon, cook further over moderate heat until ready for about an hour.
  2. Rinse the mash in cold water.
  3. In the ready boiling broth add washed mash, cook about twenty minutes.
  4. In a slightly boiling broth put potatoes, chopped with cubes or cubes, lightly salt and pepper.
  5. Fry chopped onions separately, add carrots to it, grated on a medium grater.
  6. Add diced celery, fry for another three minutes.
  7. Then add finely chopped tomatoes, fry together two minutes.
  8. Pour caraway seeds, stir well.
  9. Put the stewed vegetables into the bouillon. Cook about five more minutes.
  10. Put thyme, remove from heat after two minutes.
