Bechamel sauce: video recipe

  1. I heat the butter in a saucepan and add flour.
  2. Stir vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. A mixture of flour and butter fry just a few minutes, stirring.
  4. Intensively stirring with a whisk, add milk, then salt, peeled onion, bay leaf and clove buds.
  5. I cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickening the sauce.
  6. Remove the onion, bay leaf and clove.
  7. I filter the sauce through a sieve.
