- We will prepare all the necessary products.
- Rinse vegetables and herbs thoroughly and dry using paper towels.
- Cucumber must be crushed with a knife plane, then lightly beat off cucumber.
- Cut into large cubes.
- Crush garlic with a knife plane and chop finely.
- In a deep bowl combine garlic with cucumbers.
- Coarsely chop the cilantro (must first be removed hard stems). Add to the garlic with cucumbers. Salt, add on a teaspoon of soy sauce and 9% vinegar.
- In a heated skillet or deep-frying with vegetable oil fry cashew nuts for 1.5 minutes on each side. Fried spread the nuts on a napkin or paper towel, thereby we we get rid of excess oil.
- Add nuts to vegetables, salt to taste and mix. Salad from beaten cucumbers with nuts is ready.
