For cooking you will need:

- carrots 1 kg

- 3/4 cup salt
- sunflower oil 1 cup
You can cook red beans with vegetables So:
Soak the beans overnight in cold water, and boil until morning semi-preparedness.

Spicy Canned Bean Salad
You will need:
- red beans 2 kg
- carrots 2 kg
- tomatoes 4 kg
- onion 2.5 kg
- sweet pepper 2.5 kg
- peeled garlic 2.5 cups
- hot chili pepper 4 pcs
- sunflower oil 600 ml
- vinegar 9% 3/4 cup
- sugar 5 tablespoons
- salt 4 tablespoons
Boil the beans soaked at night until semi-soft. Vegetables Rinse thoroughly and clean if necessary. Chop pepper dice, chop the onion, grate the carrots and stew in a small amount of oil with water.
Scroll the tomatoes in a meat grinder, then chop separately garlic and hot pepper.
