Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. diced beef pulp from a piece flanks
- Coarse salt and crushed black pepper
- 4-6 thickly sliced smoked apple-wood slices pork belly (about 1 tbsp.) cut into cubes 0.5 cm.
- 1.5 tbsp. diced 0.5 cm red onion
- 1/2 tbsp. (2 pieces medium size) diced into small cubes jalapeno peppers (remove seeds)
- 3 tbsp. l chopped garlic
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- Apple cider vinegar
- 1 can (425 gr.) Canned white beans with brine
- 1 can (425 gr.) Canned lima beans with brine
- 1 can (425 gr.) Canned red beans with pickle
- 1/3 Art. molasses
- 2 tbsp. l dark brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1/3 Art. ketchup

Recipe preparation:
- Salt and pepper the meat.
- In a large roasting pan (better enameled) on a moderately strong fry the bacon without adding fat until crispy crusts, 6-7 minutes., stirring if necessary. Set aside 1 tbsp. l leaked fat. Add molasses, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup and mix. Bring to a boil on low heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes, so that the contents do not stick to the bottom.
- Add a little more apple cider vinegar, a few tablespoons tablespoons at a time, to taste, and serve the dish with crispy bread.
