  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and chop cubes.
  2. Cut pickled cucumbers into cubes, onions into half rings. Combine potatoes, cucumbers and onions in a salad bowl.
  3. Add to them a small jar of canned beans, drain all the liquid first.
  4. Salt, pepper the salad, add the sunflower oil (refined or not, at your discretion) and good mix.
  5. Garnish the salad with parsley leaves. Bean salad ready for serving. Enjoy your meal.
