A very satisfying and delicious salad made from simple ingredients. Mushrooms you can use any, fresh or frozen, in our case, healthy fresh champignons. If you are limited in time, prepare a salad with canned beans at home, and fresh should soak for at least three hours.

  1. Boil the pre-soaked beans, drain the water.
  2. Grind onions, mushrooms.
  3. Rub the boiled eggs through a medium grater.
  4. Fry the onions in a pan with butter, put mushrooms in it, fry for another 20 minutes, stirring.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the beans, eggs, chilled mushrooms, lightly salt, pepper, mix.
  6. Season the salad with olive oil, put in a deep salad bowl, decorate to taste.
