  1. We will prepare all the necessary products in advance.
  2. Beans and lentils are separately boiled in advance until cooked, following the instructions on the package.
  3. Wash and dry the greens, then finely chop. Red onion is also finely we chop.
  4. Onion with herbs seasoned with olive oil.
  5. Lettuce, radish, finely chopped cucumber and mix with herbs, beans and lentils. Season to taste with salt.
