This is a picnic recipe. To cook such a delicious barbecue not difficult, but it turns out tender and juicy. The main thing is not to overdo it, so that the liver does not dry out.

  1. Boil milk with spices and grated ginger, cool.
  2. Wash the liver, free from the film, cut into medium pieces.
  3. Immerse the liver in the cooled milk with seasonings for half an hour.
  4. Cut the fat into plates in the size of the pieces of the liver.
  5. Begin stringing skewers with bacon, alternating with the liver, to finish also with fat plates.
  6. Put skewers on the grill only when palm can withstand coals for 30 seconds, i.e. when coals finally burned out and only heat comes from them, not earlier. Fry for 15 minutes, watching and turning over in time.
  7. Serve immediately with charcoal.
