Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 chicken thighs without bones and skin (approximately 450 gr.)
- 170 gr pasta “horns” (approximately 1 and 3/4 tablespoons)
- 1.5 tbsp. grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. l finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. chopped cauliflower inflorescences (approximately 225 gr.)
- Coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. skim milk
- 2 tbsp. l barbecue sauce
- 1 small plum-shaped tomato cut in half

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill. Bring to a boil in a large saucepan milk with cauliflower. Reduce the heat so that the mixture is only slightly simmer, cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the mixture to a blender and grind until smooth, put back in the stewpan and add 1 and 1/4 tbsp. cheddar cheese and mix parmesan.
- Meanwhile, wipe the tomato in a bowl and add the barbecue sauce. Salt chicken meat 1/4 tsp. salt, put on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes until golden brown. Turn the meat over, grease mixture with barbecue sauce and continue to bake until cooked another 6-7 minutes, periodically pouring chicken on the resulting juice.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, boil slightly salted water. Add the pasta and cook as indicated on the packaging, pour 1/2 tbsp. water, drain the rest. Add the pasta to the mixture with cauliflower, dilute with the remaining water in which it was cooked pasta. Cook over low heat, stirring until pasta soaked in sauce. Sprinkle the pasta with the remaining 1/4 tbsp. cheese cheddar, serve with barbecue chicken.
