  1. Rinse vegetables and cut into large pieces.
  2. Remove large leaves from cabbage and set aside. The cabbage itself is finely chop.
  3. Cut the meat into large pieces.
  4. Lay out vegetables in layers, sprinkling each layer with salt.
  5. The very last layer is cabbage leaves.
  6. Pour the sunflower oil on top, cover the dishes and simmer on low heat for 1.5 – 2 hours.
