  1. Put boiled pearl barley porridge.

  2. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel and finely chop.
  3. Fry chopped garlic in butter, put fresh tomatoes and julienne sweet pepper.

  4. Wait a couple of minutes, stirring the vegetables, pour half a cup water.

  5. When the pepper is soft, add the pasta and sun-dried tomatoes, mix, salt and pepper.

  6. When the porridge is ready, transfer it to the pan and mix with gravy, serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
