It is important for lactating mothers, especially at the very beginning. I bought myself a lot of different porridge. But something was missing for me. Therefore, every porridge I trying to diversify. Here is a variant of delicious barley porridge with roasting, which you can easily cook at home yourself! Vegetables help make the dish even more healthy.

- Prepare the products.
- I used barley porridge in a bag. In boiling salted boil 2 sachets in water for 20 minutes.
- Put the prepared barley porridge on a plate.
- Prepare the vegetables. Cut the onion as small as possible.
- Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Fry the onion.
- Add carrots to the onion and fry for another 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
- Add a glass of water, mix everything and add salt.
- Add porridge to the frying, mix thoroughly and cook on slow fire for 3 minutes.
- Cover with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes.
