  1. Put boiled pearl barley porridge.

  2. Heat the milk in a saucepan and melt the butter in it.
  3. Beat the egg and pour in warm milk while stirring.

  4. Add heat and slowly pour in flour, stirring occasionally so as not to there were lumps.

  5. When the sauce thickens, salt it and season with spices over to taste.

  6. Serve pearl barley porridge, thoroughly mixed with milk the sauce.
