Pearl barley in itself is very useful, but in combination barley porridge with beef and mushrooms, as in this recipe, also insanely delicious. Try to cook it at home!

- Pearl barley must be soaked in the evening in a large amount of cold water, pre-rinsing. Morning cereal rinse again, add water and boil until cooked according to packing instructions.
- Rinse the beef, cut into small pieces, fry until blush on vegetable oil, pour in water and simmer for about an hour.
- When the meat is almost ready, wash and cut the mushrooms and toss them in pan to beef. Cook for another 15 minutes.
- During this time, we prepare the onions and carrots: finely chop the onions, peel the carrots and cut into strips or three on a grater (each desire).
- We add peas to the last of vegetables, and in a couple of minutes mix meat and vegetables with boiled barley. Remove from heat and serve to the table.
