  1. Boil pearl barley.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. An Apple peel and cut into cubes, put in butter.

  3. Add honey and Dijon mustard, pepper.

  4. Grate the sausage cheese, put in a saucepan and when it starts to melt, combine dressing with porridge.
