- Passion onions in vegetable oil over low heat to softness.
- The whole point is for the onion to give its juice to the oil.
- Once the onion is soft add all the spices, garlic and salt, I always put aromatic salt in barbecue.
- Add soy sauce and tomato paste, pour in water. Mix.
- I have homemade tomato paste, can be replaced with fresh tomatoes or tomato juice. Then water can no longer be added.
- Bring to a boil and before use fully cool.
- The taste of the marinade should be very salty, that’s normal. Meat then well salted.
- Kebab meat cut into portions, it is better to choose meat in which there are small layers of fat.
- Pour the meat with marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Kebab we always fry on skewers. And turn them need constantly, every 30 seconds. Then all the juice will remain in meat.
- And most importantly – do not overdo it on the coals, otherwise the meat will be dry. Frying time – 25 minutes.
