- You can cook porridge in a slow cooker or in a pan with a thick bottom. Mix sour cream and cream (20% fat), bring to a boil, add about 0.5 tablespoons of salt and a thin stream, stirring, add corn grits.
- Constantly stirring, bring the porridge to a boil again, switch slow cooker to a mode with less intense boiling. Cooking more 10 minutes, do not forget to stir.
- Rub the porridge with a spatula until oil comes out on the surface. If cooking in a slow cooker, turn on the quenching mode and leave porridge alone for 20 minutes. If in a pan, then remove it from the heat, wrap in a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
- Until the porridge reaches readiness, cut the pork undercuts in small cubes and fry over medium heat until you get cracklings. If desired, they can be salted and pepper.
- Put cooked hot porridge on a plate, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and hot cracklings. Porridge is very unusual, but tasty and satisfying.
