- Peel the bananas, put in a bowl and knead well with a fork.
- Add 1 cup of oatmeal (80 g) and 1 cup of tea coconut flakes (40 gr). We mix everything.
- Add 1 pack of vanillin (1.5 g) and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon all mix.
- We form balls and put on a baking sheet (laid baking paper or silicone mat), slightly press, make cookies (I got 16 pieces).
- Heat the oven to 180. Bake for 15 minutes. Have a nice appetite!
