Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel, then cut each banana in half and insert a wooden stick in each half. Put it on a tray cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about 3 hours.
  2. Pour peanuts in a shallow dish or on a plate. Melt chocolate in a water bath over slightly boiling water, often stirring. Make sure that the water does not touch the bottom of the top bowl. Pour melted chocolate into a tall glass. Dip each frozen banana in chocolate, turning to cover it, and immediately roll in peanuts. Put on a waxed tray paper. Serve or wrap individually in food immediately film or wax paper and store in the freezer up to 2 weeks.
