- Peel bananas mashed with a blender or forks.
- Beat soft butter with sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time and banana puree. Good mix.
- For color, I add turmeric because I don’t like that baking getting dark due to bananas.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix.
- Bake in any mold, you can even in forms for muffins.
- Bake in a preheated 180º oven for about 1 hour. Readiness Check with a toothpick – it should be dry.
