  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp provence herbs
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 large onion, cut into cubes
  • A handful of celery leaves plus 1 celery stalk, cut cubes
  • 1 small clove of garlic, chop
  • 2 tbsp. diced baguette
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp. crushed walnuts
  • 1/3 Art. grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
