  7. We cover the heat-resistant dishes with foil, shift the fried stuffed chicken on foil. Bend the edges of the foil leaving a steam outlet. Sent to the oven. We bring chicken until cooked at 180 degrees.
  8. Making a side dish. We clean the oranges, divide into slices and remove films, only the orange pulp itself is needed. Cut the ginger. We clean carrots and cut it into small cubes. You can take small a delicious carrot, you don’t even need to cut it.
  9. Pour sugar into a hot pan. With the beginning of its caramelization put a piece of butter and let it melt. Then put in the pan carrot wedges, ginger and orange. Sprinkle with nutmeg (over taste). Fry for 3-4 minutes to make the carrots soft.
  10. We take out the finished chicken from the oven, remove the toothpicks. Serve baked, stuffed chicken with carrot and orange side dish.
