- 500 gr. frozen cheese ravioli
- 280 gr frozen chopped spinach (thaw and squeeze out excess liquid)
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Unsalted butter
- 1 chopped small onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1/4 Art. flour
- 2 tbsp. whole milk
- Salt and ground pepper
- 60 gr cheese sliced in 1.5 cm Mozzarella
- 1/4 Art. grated cheese grana padano

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven with grill by selecting the heat mode from above. In a large baking pan, melt the creamy oil over moderate heat. Add onions, garlic and rosemary and cook, stirring frequently, until the onion softens and slightly podzolot, about 6 minutes
- Sprinkle flour and cook, stirring, until butter and flour turn into a homogeneous mass and do not begin to boil, about 2 min Stir in 2 tbsp. water, milk, 0.5 tsp. salt and a pinch pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to mixed liquids only gurgled slightly. Stir in ravioli and cook, stir occasionally until the ravioli is soft and the sauce thickens, 5-7 minutes
- Remove from heat. Take out the rosemary and stir in the spinach. Sprinkle mozzarella and grana padano. Put the pan in the oven, cook until the cheese is podgold and the sauce begins to boil, about 5 minutes
