- 2 tbsp. l mustard
- 2 tbsp. l mustard seeds
- 6 cloves of lemon

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, oil, mustard and 1 tbsp. l mustard seeds. Whisk Mustard Sauce until the ingredients are fully mixed, about 30 seconds. Shift into a small bowl. Add the remaining 1 tbsp to the sauce. l grains mustard and mix until smooth. Leave the mustard sauce.
- Preheat the oven. Line a thick baking sheet with foil. Sprinkle the foil with a non-stick spray. Put the salmon filet on pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. Spoon mustard sauce on filet with a spoon. Keep baking until the fillet will not bake and will not become golden brown in for another 5 minutes
