Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven with grill. Peaches cut in half and take out bones, then lightly cut the slices with a knife in several places.
- In a heat-resistant skillet, mix liquor and butter and heat over medium heat. Cook, stirring until butter will melt, and the liquor will not begin to boil slightly. Lay out the peaches up and cook for 4 minutes until they are soft from below. Every sprinkle half a peach with 1 tsp. sugar and put in a pan the oven.
